Established in the 1990s, Nelson Group started as a property company focused on commercial and industrial investment, eventually managing 35 assets with over 150 tenants. Following the sale of the portfolio in 2005, we invested in residential and commercial projects across the UK, France and Switzerland.
Our focus today is the UK residential market, where we invest in assets with the potential for redevelopment or active management, building on our expertise in unlocking difficult urban sites.
