Casai 58

With triple glazed façade and integrated sun shades, Casai 58, situated just outside Geneva’s city centre encapsulates how a modern office should be. This highly visible Grade ‘A’ office building was constructed in 2007 and fronts the main arterial route from the airport to the city.

The Printworks is a 1990s mixed use development comprising of self contained office accommodation on the ground and lower ground floors. Nelson owned the 8,000 sq ft of office accommodation which was let out to the Secretary of State for Health. The property was sold in 2017.
