The living area includes a Great Room, a dining room for 14 people, a TV/study and a kitchen with Poggenpohl units and integrated Miele appliances. Hand hewn wide plank teak flooring enhance the living areas.
Feature walls of rugged granite contrast with European polished marble. The master bedroom suite includes a sitting room and a full dressing room. There are four further double bedrooms suites, each with a dressing room. Two twin bedrooms have their own shower rooms. The villa also has two staff rooms with a shower.
Outside, a generous teak sun deck frames a 40m infinity pool with spectacular views over the Indian Ocean. There are two gazebos, the larger of which, with its BBQ area, can accommodate 16 people. There is also a garage for seven cars.
